New Accounts
  • All retailer/distributor customers must provide their state sales tax number and scanned resale permit/certificate for the exemption of sales tax.
  • Minimum order is $100; $15 Handling Fee for any order under $100.
  • Order confirmations will indicate estimated ship dates. Actual ship dates may shift due to changing circumstances and availability.
  • Any unshipped merchandise more than $100 will automatically back ordered unless “no back order” is specified.
  • Prices are at wholesale prices and may be subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms Prepayment
  • Prepayment of opening orders is required. Prepayments must include estimated freight charge.
  • We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Company Checks, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer (a $15 fee will be charged for payments by wire transfer.)
  • Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepaying by check, allow two weeks for check clearance.
Net 30 Days
  • For Net 30 terms, please submit complete trade and bank references. A minimum of 3 trade references and 1 bank reference are required.
  • Upon approval, terms will be established for reorders.
Late Payments/Returned Checks
  • Late charges of 1.5% per month will be charged to all past due accounts.
  • Retailer/distributor customers agree to pay all collection costs, agent cost, attorney fees and court costs.
  • Delinquent accounts will be reported to Dun & Bradstreet, Manufacturers Credit Cooperative and other credit bureaus.
  • A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
  • All orders are shipped F.O.B. Schenectady, NY. We will charge what shipping would have been. Customers can also pick up orders or request a third-party shipper to pick up at our warehouse in Schenectady, NY.
  • Our default shipment methods include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground. Larger Orders may be delivered via LTL truck freight.
  • Freight shipping companies sometimes charge extra fees, such as fees incurred for the needs of lift-gate, inside delivery, etc., and we pass on these fees to customers.
  • We charge Pallet Fee $25 per pallet.
Returns / Claims
  • Our products may have some slight variation in color and texture due to the nature of handmade. These are not considered flaws.
  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other claims must be submitted in writing to Customer Service within ten days of receipt.
  • Returns must be received in their original condition at our Schenectady location.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No chargebacks are accepted!
